PhotoGuide Poses (“the app”) is published by Clara Health Ltd. This policy explains what the iOS and Android apps collect and why.

What the app does

PhotoGuide Poses is a camera director. It overlays poses on the live camera and can send a photo or video you choose to an AI service for coaching or generated pose references. It does not create an account login. An anonymous install ID may be created so usage limits and purchases work.

Data we collect

• Camera, microphone, and photo library. Used only when you open the camera, record, pick a photo, or save a capture. Media stays on the device unless you tap an action that sends it for coaching or generation.
• Photos and videos you submit for AI. If you ask for scene analysis, coaching, pose images, or motion lessons, that media is sent to our processors (currently Google Gemini / related models) to produce the result. We do not use those submissions to train a public model for other customers.
• Anonymous app identity. A device-scoped ID (via Supabase anonymous auth when configured) stores usage counts and purchase status. It is not your name or email unless you later choose to link an account.
• Purchases. Subscriptions and credit packs are processed by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat. We receive an entitlement status, not your full card number.
• Diagnostics. Crash or support information you send to us by email.

What we do not do

• We do not require a name, email, or password to use the core camera.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use your camera in the background.

Retention

Captures you save stay in the app and, if you choose, in Photos. AI job media is kept only as long as needed to return the result and operate quotas, then deleted or replaced on a short rotation. Purchase records are kept as required for accounting and refunds.

Your choices

You can deny camera, microphone, or photos in system settings. The app will then limit those features. You can delete the app to remove local saves. For purchase history or account deletion of the anonymous ID, email farnas2016@gmail.com.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13. Do not use it to capture or upload images of children without appropriate consent.
